I am a remedial massage therapist and Bowen Practitioner. I have been in practice since 2003 and in that time, I have spent many years working for the CBSO.

The way I work is to facilitate your own body's natural healing mechanisms to repair injuries and release excess tension. I also offer coaching to help people understand more about how injuries occur so they can avoid them in the future.

I offer a range of techniques from deep tissue to gentle pressure techniques such as the Bowen. Treatments can also be done through light clothing so no need to disrobe.
